Fitness Kickboxing

Kickboxing class incorporates basic skills/techniques with drills, offering the opportunity to achieve a powerful workout within a safe, fun, confidence-boosting environment. Class consists of a brief overview of skill/technique, with the greatest portion of time spent punching and kicking pads, allowing time for rest periods in between. We not only instruct on the use of punches and kicks but also precise knees and elbows. Great program to build amazing cardio .This program is great for all ages and skill levels.

We only use state of the art Thai pads and practice on the best mats in the industry the Zebra Tatami combo 1.5 inch thick mats.
