YogaFit® classes involve linking poses together to create greater strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility while providing participants with a safe, judgment-free, stress-free, and inclusive environment. Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace and stay present in each moment. Class consists of warm-up, work, and cool down (deep stretching) as well as 5 – 10 minutes of final relaxation. YogaFit® is designed for everybody in every body.
